The 8400 sqm. of land is situated in a developing area, 5 km away from Brasov city and close to the biggest industrial park in Romania, Prejmer Industrial Park, with frontage to the National Road DN 11. The land has recently been designated as suitable for commercial and industrial development.

The five existing British owners of the land are willing to sell a proportion of the site to raise funds for the planning and construction of the business units. A maximum of 55% of the land is available at a price of 38 Euro/sqm. The remaining land will continue to be owned by the existing investors.

In the current climate it is anticipated that the land will conservatively rise in value by 15-20% per year without being developed due to the rapid development of the adjacent land. However by buying into this project the new investor will have the opportunity to become a partner in a company which has been set up purely to develop the site.

The initial feasibility study indicates that the total cost to develop the site and sell the units will be approx 900,000 Euro and gross return on investment will be 2.24m Euro over a period of 6-12 months. It is anticipated that the investor(s) will share the cost and profit directly in proportion to the level of investment made to purchase the land. For instance an investment of 50,000 Euro will secure 1315 sqm of land or 15.65%, and the same proportion of the costs and profits.

Minimum investment is 25,000 Euro.
