The 8400 sqm. of land is situated in a developing area, 5 km away from Brasov city and close to the biggest industrial park in Romania, Prejmer Industrial Park, with frontage to the National Road DN 11. The land has recently been designated as suitable for commercial and industrial development.

For instance an investment of 50,000 Euro will secure 1315 sqm of land or 15.65%, and the same proportion of the costs and profits.
